Old News:
12/23/02: Going Sluggish
There hasn't been much updating in terms of submitting stuff, so consequently there hasn't been much updating done. I've added a bunch of miscellaneous tiles from Warlock, a new version of Link (Tristam from Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest), and a little exclamation marker (used for making characters express surprise or for indicating which people want to speak to you). In addition, Glenn the Great's Comprehensive GameBoy Zelda tileset is now up. Submit some reviews people.

12/7/02: Picking Up Pace
A whole slew of updates this week, the kind of stuff I like to see. *b* has submitted a complete set of LA Link tiles, we've got tiles of Ganon's Tower from Praethus, and Flash Man has submitted a bunch of miscellaneous tiles. In addition, three new tilesets have been added to the Sets section. I hope people start submitting more reviews for these fantastic sets. I may also be looking for someone willing to be a sort of "official" reviewer for these tilesets, the rating for which would be the one displayed on the Sets page. (Currently, it only shows the average rating). More details on that later.

12/2/02: On the Lack of Updates This Week
Sorry for not having an update this week, folks. Saturday really wasn't my day. Long story short, I was having some problems with my girlfriend, and it didn't even occur to me until today to get around to updating the site. I'll have another update up and ready by next Saturday, with some new tiles by FlashMan and hopefully some more tilesets.

11/23/02: Update, Reminder, and New Submission Type
Well, this is the first weekly update, and we've only got a few new submissions from this week. I'd hope that more people start submitting stuff, since submissions from this, the very first week, numbered... two. And one of them was invalid anyways. Speaking of which, I'd like to remind everyone that for loose tile submissions, everything must be in .bmp or .gif form, 16 colors (unless organized otherwise). If it's in a ZIP file, then make sure the content inside it is still valid. TIL and ZGP submissions are no good for loose tiles. For tileset submissions, acceptable forms are QST, ZGP, and ZQT. Anyways, a new weapons submission is up, as well as two tilesets. I'd put more up, but I'd rather wait until I can get the makers' consent for each one individually. Finally, you'll notice on each tileset's page a field that says Reviews. If you want to submit a review for a tileset, simply e-mail me the text portion for it and the rating (out of five) that you think the set deserves.

11/16/02: The New Tileshop is up!
That's right everyone! I've decided to finally get a new Tileshop up since I've recently decided that the old style of using just HTML and updating frequently needed to go back into effect for this place to be of the same quality it used to be. So here we are, with this new and improved Tileshop, where many of the old tiles have already been filled into their proper places. You can start submissions already at zctileshop@zeldaclassic.com.
